Summary: We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Summary: The room was clean and very spacious. The furniture was outdated. There was no cups, plates or any cutlery even though there was a small kitchen. The AC was effective but noisy. The pool area and breakfast were excellent. We really enjoyed the spa and spinning class too.

Summary: Nice hotel. A bit far from the sea, but otherwise it was great. Pool, gym and breakfast were perfect

Summary: The resort as a whole was excellent. We loved the restaurants and the pool. The staff was wonderful! Very clean! We surged for a penthouse to enjoy the stars with the ceiling shades that retract but sadly less than half of them worked. Other than that it’s was a great stay!
